About Me

I am a former CEO and board member, and have been involved in three exits throughout my career. For the past four years, I have been advising startups and investment firms. As CEO of Bloomfire, a SaaS software firm in Austin, Texas, my team and I grew the company by over 600% and increased retention from 57% to 87%, culminating in an exit to a private equity firm. I believe strongly that a good working culture based is paramount for financial success. Bloomfire had a culture I was very proud of and was consistently ranked one of the best places to work in Austin over the 7 years I led the company, according to the Austin Business Journal.

I live in Berlin, Germany and work with companies all over the world.
